Sensory Tip of the Week: Forward Rolls

I love forward rolls! But I can’t do them as much as I want to because it makes me really disregulated. It’s a bit like spinning. Swinging back and forwards makes my thoughts calm and makes me chilled but rolling and spinning makes me giddy and I get in trouble for being daft! I am brilliant at them though!
